Windows executable version.

After putting so much work into the emulation wrapper for the Windows version of Isostasy, I thought it would be a shame not to give Get It! the same treatment. It works basically the same (to access emulation settings, pause the game and press Select), but there are a few minor changes due to differences in how the games were programmed. One feature I added is multiple save files which can be used at any time during gameplay by pressing F1 - F4 to save, and F5 - F8 to load.
