Version 2.2.3 includes support for legacy Direct Input controllers.

The newest versions of the full game and the demo (2.2.3 and 2.1.3 respectively) now support older Direct Input style controllers. I felt this was important to implement due to the number of USB accessories for retrogaming (such as NES-style game pads and adapters) that are only compatible with Direct Input. I own several myself that I wanted to be able to use with it.

I'm also currently working on a Linux version of the game. I do have a preliminary Linux build up and running, but it needs more work before I feel good about releasing it. I don't know when that will be available. We'll see.
